Fund Raising Event

Kai Fella Ball 2023

$115,000 Raised!

Kai Fella Ball, 14th January 2023

The Inaugural Kai Fella Ball, held at Crown Towers on January 14th was attended by 380 people who raised $115,000 by bidding on auction items and purchasing raffle tickets.

Claire Eardley, founder of the Kai Fella Foundation, is delighted with the outcome.

The Kai Fella Ball importantly highlighted the need for early intervention to help reduce suicide. The money raised will fund 230 Tomorrow People workshops in which 5000 young West Australians can learn how to break stereotypes, build emotional muscle and talk openly.

”Firstly I want to thank those who came to Kai’s Ball. What a night!! I’m super thrilled about the amount raised and the number of people it can help.
To our amazing sponsors I just want to say many thanks again! Your support and generosity means everything.
And while so many people helped make the Ball happen, I especially want to mention Kate Trevillian and Bronwyn York, our MC Paddy Sweeney, and the fabulous Kai Fella Crew.
It was an epic night, and it superseded all our expectations! It was better than we could ever have dreamt it would be.
As crazy as it seems, we've already started thinking about next year’s event ! Thanks again for making our night such a success”
