Caitlyn

Workshop facilitator Caitlyn

Caitlyn is a lead facilitator at Kai Fella, where she works mainly with young women in schools and sporting clubs, holding space for big conversations about confidence, friendship, identity and connection. With a background in international studies and counselling as well as years of experience across the community health sector — including work with refugees, women in prison, and running yoga and meditation programs — Caitlyn brings both heart and humour to every workshop she leads.

She’s especially passionate about supporting young people to move beyond gender stereotypes and discover who they really are. Having struggled with her own mental health as a teenager, Caitlyn knows how powerful it can be to feel seen, heard, understood, and connected to your peers — and she considers it a privilege to help young women bridge that gap.

When she’s not facilitating, you’ll find her out in nature, curled up with a good book, or passionately cheering on the Tigers. She’s all about real conversations, having fun, and helping people take up space as their truest selves.
