Lucy Scott

Workshop facilitator Lucy

I’m a Facilitator at Kai Fella, where I design and run experiential, peer-to-peer workshops with girls and women. With a Master of Social Work and five years working in mental health and education, I’m passionate about creating spaces where young people can experience spaces that are open, empowering and grounded in real connection.

I do this work because I know what it’s like to feel unsure of where you fit. As a teenager, I struggled with anxiety and spent a long time trying to live up to who I thought I should be. Over time, I’ve learned to let go of those expectations and lean into what feels true for me—and I love supporting others to do the same.

I’m curious, grounded, and always up for trying something new. I’ve dabbled in improv, love a good laugh, and believe that humour and playfulness are just as important in this work as reflection and honesty. Whether I’m trail running, reading, dancing, or deep in conversation, I’m all about helping people feel more connected, both to themselves and each other.
