Operations Manager
Bronwyn is the Operations Manager at Kai-Fella and has been a valued part of the team since the organisation began facilitating its own workshops across Western Australia. With a strong small business background, she brings extensive experience in sales, administration, and operations, thriving in roles that require organisation, initiative, and attention to detail.
Highly driven and exceptionally organised, Bronwyn plays a key role in keeping Kai-Fella running smoothly behind the scenes while helping the team continue to grow its impact across the state. Her qualifications include an Associate Diploma in Tourism and Hospitality, which has also seen her take the lead in coordinating the annual Kai-Fella Ball – one of the organisation’s most important fundraising events.
Bronwyn is passionate about being part of a team creating real change for young people. As a mother of two daughters, she has seen firsthand the growing need for support within schools and community sporting clubs, and is committed to helping young people build confidence, resilience, and stronger communication skills.
