As a facilitator with Kai Fella, Sasha is drawn to working with young people, knowing first hand how pivotal those years are and how much appropriate support and tools can help someone to navigate the world. She believes everyone deserves to feel seen, heard, and valued, and aims to creates spaces where people feel less alone, can move beyond pressures and expectations, and feel empowered to show up as themselves.
Driven by her own life experiences and challenges as a young person, Sasha has built a career in the mental health sector that spans advocacy, lived experience work, suicide prevention, and both hospital and community settings. Her work ranges from supporting individuals directly to coordinating services and developing funded projects, always with specific interest in person centred care and holistic approaches. Sasha is currently completing her Masters in Mental Health and Wellbeing.
Outside of work, Sasha loves treating life as a playground, saying yes to random side quests, growing her love for photography and spending time in nature or with animals whenever she can.
